Communication with NTI platform using Cisco Webex Teams

Cisco Webex Teams is  compatible software for handling videocalls to multipoint gateways scheduled by NTI Booking system.

( Cisco Webex Teams is not part of NTI infrastructure – it is external international service ( free basic version ) provided by Cisco Inc.. Outages of Cisco Webex Teams are announced on site of provider: )

1. Installation and using Webex Teams on your PC/MAC or Smartphone :

  • Open browser with Cisco Webex Teams web page and download the Cisco Webex Teams application ( Download button on ) or for mobile platforms search for “Cisco Teams” in Android market Play or iOS Appstore:


  • After downloading PC version, run the installation process of Cisco Webex Teams and walk through the installation steps:


  • Create account with your work email address ( please don’t use “” accounts – it could be restricted in amount of services )
  • After registration proccess you should receive activation email with PIN or Password  ( please walk through the steps shown in this email )


  • After activating the account you can step back to the Webex Application, log in and choose the “phone” icon


  • Type the SIP address which you received from videoconference event organiser (for example in form of


  • Videocall will be connected


2. Testing Webex Teams application:

  • Press the “phone” icon


  • Type the address


  • Succesfull call shows the blue wallpaper with text : 8008, image from your camera should be in top right corner.


  • If you have camera and don’t see your own image or you have problem with microphone – check the “Settings
